Family and Consumer Science (FCS) refers to a group of CTE core courses offered at NCHS that prepares students for living in the real world and helps them develop leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, critical-thinking, communication, computer, and mathematical skills. Nutrition and Wellness classes (part of the FCS Core) learned recently why it's important to use standard measuring cups to measure dry and liquid ingredients.
