Public Notice – Title VI Indian Education Public Hearing

Neshoba County School District will hold a public hearing to gather input for the Title VI Indian Education Formula Grant application.

The purpose of this meeting is to review the needs of American Indian/Alaska Native students and to receive input from parents, families, and community members regarding the development of the 2026–2027 Title VI program.

There will be two different meeting times. Both will be held at the Neshoba Central Pre-K building.

Times: 

- Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

All parents, families, tribal members, and interested community members are encouraged to attend. Input gathered during this meeting will be used in the development of the Title VI application.

Immediately following the public hearing, the Indian Parent Committee will meet to review and approve the Title VI application.
