with you and your child.

  
     
  The following items are needed in order to enroll at NCMS:  
 

  1. Birth Certificate - must be a CERTIFIED copy

  2. Social Security Card

  3. Mississippi Immunization - must be an official form from the Health Dept.

  4. Transcript of grades from previous school

  5. Two (2) proofs of residency from the following:

  • Filed Homestead Exemption Application Form

  • Mortgage Documents or Property Deed

  • Utility Bills

  • Apartment or Home Lease

  • Driver's License

  • Voter Precinct Identification

  • Automobile Registration
